As the snow and ice retreat and the days grow longer, we start to get ready for the spring and summer!.
Our parsley, pepper and eggplant seeds have germinated and grown into beautiful tiny plants that will be transplanted into small pots this week.
Our hens are slowly increasing their egg production as the days lengthen we do have eggs, just not nearly as many as during the summer and fall.
